类胰岛素肽脑内作用研究进展

摘要 胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子I(insulin—likegrowth factor 1,IGF1)和胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(insulin—like growth factor2,IGF2)是胰岛素超家族中结构和功能密切相关的一组多肽,合称为类胰岛素肽(insulin—like peptides,ILPs),它们在机体外周组织中对能量代谢和组织重构的关键性调节作用已经成为人们的共识。
