2008～2010年我院口服降压药物的应用分析

Utilization analysis of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010

目的对我院门诊口服抗高血压药物的临床应用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院门诊2008年1月~2010年12月抗高血压药物的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析。结果 3年来我院口服抗高血压药物的销售金额和用药频度显著上升,以钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂为主。单用品种DDDs排名在前3位的依次是硝苯地平控释片、氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦。结论我院口服抗高血压药应用情况基本合理。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application condition of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods The application conditions of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were evaluated in respect of drug classification,sum and DDDs.Results In recent 3 years,the consumption sum and DDDs of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital increased significantly,especially the calcium channel blockers,ARB and ACEI.The top three oral antihypertensive drugs in term of DDDs were Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets,Amlodipine,Irbesartan.Conclusion The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is reasonable.
