摘要
高温气冷反应堆示范电站(HTR-PM)是最新一代核电站,因其安全性、高可靠性及经济性受到广泛关注。其反应堆堆芯一般用炭及含硼炭材料做绝热层,用石墨质材料做反射层,并且在反应堆使用寿命周期内不可拆换。本文通过对国内某高温气冷反应堆示范电站堆芯堆内构件的结构特点、零件的技术要求、装配要求等进行分析与综合,提出堆内构件的加工工艺方案,由此而设计出适合堆内构件加工的自动线。
The demonstration power station with the high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTR-PM) is the latest generation nuclear power station. It has gained great attention owing to its high safety and reliability. The internal parts in reactor include the adiabatic layer made of the carbon, the material containing boron and the reflecting layer made of graphite. Both can not be changed within the life cycle of the reactor. Based on the analysis on the feature of structure of the internal parts in the certain demonstration power station with the high temperature gas cooled reactor, the technology requirement for the components and assembly requirements, the corresponding auto-machining line is designed.
