摘要
通过冶金焦原料粒度改进前后粉尘外排、采购成本及工序成本对比,分析了在炭素生产过程中,冶金焦作为焙烧、石墨化工序辅助原料其粒度的改进对节能降耗的意义和作用,探讨了传统粒度的冶金焦作为填充料在加工时所存在的弊端及改进之后的优势;并针对焙烧工序的生产指出了减排技术的研究重点和发展趋势。
The comparison of the dust discharge,purchase price and working procedure cost of the metallurgical cokes used as the filler coke during baking and graphitizing process of the graphite electrodes before and after improvement the grading limit was obtained, the importance and role of improvement for the grading limit in energy saving and consumption reduction was analysed. And the questions exited in the crushing of the metallurgical cokes were discussed. The research and development trend of the technologies for the emission reduction during the baking process of the graphite electrodes were pointed out.
