摘要 FRAX（Fracture Risk AssessmentT001）是一种应用临床危险因素来评估每一位个体发生骨质疏松性骨折绝对风险的工具，可以帮助临床医生做出治疗决策，是基于对一些骨折风险因子的循证医学研究一系列数据分析得到的。FRAX存在多种限制与局限性，其影响的远期效果目前也还不清楚。尽管如此，FRAX在代表骨质疏松性骨折预防策略上仍然是一个具有巨大的进步和发展的工具，为广大医务工作者做临床决策提供了一个新的捷径。 The FRAX （ Fracture Risk Assessment Tool） calculator is an application of different clinical risk factors to predict the absolute risk of fracture. It is the model based on a series of data of evidence-based medical researches on fracture risk factors. FRAX is limited by a number of factors. However, it is a major achievement in terms of our understanding and measuring fracture risk.
