摘要
[目的]探讨颜德馨教授应用气血病机学说治疗疑难病的经验,冀以能知常达变,启示临床。[方法]撷取其医案精华,列析异同,从理法方药几个方面对颜德馨教授的学术思想进行分析研究。[结果]总结其临证特色为气血一元,互为其用;气血失衡,百病丛生;疏其血气,令其条达。[结论]颜德馨教授将气血辨证的思想广泛应用于疑难病的诊治中并多获良效,其学术思想值得同道借鉴,后人学习。
[Objective]To study and discuss the experience of TCM doctor Yan De-xin in treating stubborn disease wanting to be able to achieve the purpose of knowing ordinary up to change and inspiring other doctors.[Method]Capture the essence of the medical case and analyze the academic thoughts of Yan De-xin from four aspects： theory,method,formula and herbs.[Result]Try to introduce the clinical characteristics of Professor Yan De-xin,such as qi and blood is one;if qi and blood can not coordinate,it will be the root of the disease;the principle of treatment is to regulate relationship between qi and blood.[ Conclusion]The experience of expert Yan De-xin in treating stubborn disease deserves research and learning by other doctors.
