摘要 [目的]为深入了解日常饮食对痛风的影响,预防和治疗痛风病,本文综述了痛风的营养与饮食疗法。[方法]依据近5年来国内外研究痛风与饮食的相关文献,进行分析、归纳和总结。[结果]目前痛风发病率正不断上升,特别是一些中老年男性及老年女性正受到了痛风的严重困扰。痛风与每个人的饮食有着密切的关系,长期的不良饮食习惯和不均衡饮食结构会增加痛风的发病率。[结论]痛风的营养与饮食疗法形式多样,只要注意调整膳食结构,养成良好的饮食习惯,都能有效预防痛风的发生。 [Objective]To deeply understand the influence of daily diet on gout,prevent and treat gout,this paper reviewed the nutritional and dietary treat ment of gout.[Methods] According to the literatures related to gout and diet in the past five years,it summarized,analyzed and concluded the approaches for nutrition and diet treatment of gout.[Results] At present,the incidence of gout is rising.In particular,a number of middle and old aged men and old aged women are suffering from gout disease.Gout has a close relation with everyone's dietary pattern,and the incidence of gout will increase if people have longterm bad eating habits and imbalanced dietary pattern.[Conclusion] The approaches for treating gout with nutritional and dietary are various.Thus,the gout would be prevented efficiently as long as we regulate dietary patterns and develop healthy eating habits.
