摘要
套袋是提高果实品质的一项有效措施。分析了至目前专家学者对套袋技术在苹果、桃、柑橘、柿子、梨、枇杷、芦柑、水蜜桃、葡萄等果实栽培中,在果实色泽、单果重和果形指数等果实外观影响方面,果实硬度、裂果与糖、蛋白质各营养成分等内在品质影响方面,病虫害影响方面,以及不同果袋类型、套袋及去袋时期对果实品质的影响差异方面等研究的现状,提出应进一步研究套袋对果实着色、果实内含物、果皮结构等因素的影响机理,开发研制透隙度好、有一定透光光谱范围、能加大昼夜温差、且有降温除湿等效果的纸袋,加强套袋选择、套袋前后管理、套袋和去袋最佳时间及套袋方法等套袋相关配套技术的研究,形成较完善的优质林果生产配套技术,以提高果实品质。
Bagging is the current effective measure to increase fruit quality. This paper reviewed the effects of bagging technology on appearance, color, nutrition, diseases and pests of fruit, and differences of influence of different bag type, period of bagging and removing bag on fruit quality, put forward the corresponding improvement measures of bagging technology. Which lay the foundation for further illustrating the influence mechanism of bagging on fruit quality, and improving the beneficial effects of bagging on fruit quality.
