本文从高中生自主学习能力培养的角度阐述了在高中英语教学过程中加强学习策略培养对高中生自主学习能力的形成和英语学习效率提高的必要性，分析了高中生英语学习策略运用的现状和问题，针对高中生语吉学习策略普遍缺失的状况，结合课程目标关于学习策略的教学要求，具体论述在高中英语教学中激发学习动机、培泰认知策略、调控策略、完善资源策略和交际策略的具体途径和方法，以期为高中生自主学习能力的养成及高中英语教与学质量的提高提供有价值的启示。

The paper points out the necessity of using the learning strategies for senior high school students, which contributes to the cultivation of their learning autonomy and improvement of English learning efficiency. The author then analyzes the problems in students＇ learning strategies and finds out that the strategies are seldom employed. Based on the requirements for the strategies employment, some concrete methods are proposed in order to promote the quality of teaching in senior high schools.
