老年女性骨质疏松症患者血清骨标志物和E_2含量的变化及临床意义 被引量:13

Clinical significance of the changes of serum contents of β-Crosslaps,P1NP,N-MIN osteocalcin and estradiol in elderly women with osteoporosis

摘要 目的探讨老年女性骨质疏松症(OP)患者β胶原特殊序列(β-Crosslaps)、总骨Ⅰ型前胶原N端肽(P1NP)、骨钙素(N-MIN osteocalcin)和雌二醇(E2)含量的变化及临床意义。方法选取40例正常健康老年女性为正常对照组,40例老年女性OP患者为观察组,对2组血清β-Crosslaps、P1NP、N-MIN osteocalcin、E2检测,并对β-Crosslaps、N-MIN osteocalcin与E2进行相关性分析。结果观察组β-Crosslaps、N-MID osteocalcin水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组血清P1NP、E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且观察组β-Crosslaps、N-MID osteocalcin水平与E2水平呈明显的负相关(r=-0.4824、-0.4752,P<0.05)。结论检测老年女性OP患者血清β-Crosslaps、P1NP、N-MIN osteocalcin、E2水平为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of serum levels of β-Crosslaps,P1NP,N-MIN osteocalcin and estradiol(E2) in elderly women with osteoporosis. Methods Forty cases of healthy elderly women were chosen as the normal control group, and 40 cases of elderly women with osteoporosis were enrolled as the observation group. Serum levels of β-Crosslaps,P1NP,N-MIN osteocalcin and E2 were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between β-Crosslaps, N-MIN osteocalcin and E2 was analyzed. Results The serum levels of β-Crosslaps and N-MIN osteocalcin were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the normal control group (P0.01),while the serum levels of P1NP and E2 were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the normal control group (P0.01). E2 was negatively correlated with β-Crosslaps and N-MIN osteocalcin in the observation group. Conclusions The serum levels of β-Crosslaps,P1NP,N-MIN osteocalcin and E2 can be used as the clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment in elderly women with osteoporosis.
