摘要 随着特高压输变电设备的快速发展,特高压组合电器用波纹膨胀节的研发、制造显得尤其关键。文中介绍了一种在特高压组合电器设备中应用的横向型波纹膨胀节的结构设计、制造,通过特殊工装的设计,满足其结构对配合精度的要求。根据现场使用情况,该产品的结构及功能参数的设计完全满足使用要求。 As the rapid development of equipment used in the super-high voltage power transmission,design and manufacturing of the bellows compensator used in super-high voltage combined electrical appliance were particularly critical.This paper describes the structure and manufacturing of the universal expansion joints used in super-high voltage combined electrical appliances.Through the design of special tooling,it has met the structural demand of the assembly with accuracy.According to the service condition,the structural and functional parameters of the product fully meet the design and service condition.
