This paper analyzes the cause and consequence of the quality differences in both domestic and foreign heating-shrink bands and introduces the actual situation of the Raychem and Canusa＇s products.On the basic of techno-economic comparisons,it judges that the imported drilling heating-shrink band should be used in drilling.And the imported general heating-shrink band should be used in jacking,under water level in excavation pipeline.
