微波相移法检测铁精矿水分的理论模型与试验研究

摘要 为了实现微波相移法检测铁精矿水分,从理论上分析并推导了微波透过铁精矿物料后信号的相移与铁精矿的质量厚度和等效介电常数之间的关系,建立了微波相移法检测铁精矿水分的数学模型。根据介电原理进行一系列试验验证,得到了微波相移法检测铁精矿水分的定标曲线。试验结果表明,该方法可应用于铁精矿水分检测。 In order to realize measure moisture content of iron concentrate by microwave phase shift method, this article theoretically analyzes and derives the relationship between the phase shift after microwave penetrating the material, the mass and thickness of the iron concentrate and equivalent dielectric constant, and establishes a mathematical model measuring moisture content of iron concentrate by microwave phase shift method. By a series of experimental demonstration according to dielectric principle, the calibration curve of iron concentrate moisture content measured by microwave phase shift method is obtained. The analysis results show that the method can be applied to iron concentrate moisture content measuring.
