摘要
目的:了解护士感知护士长变革型领导行为及护士个人创新行为的现况,明确二者之间的相关性。方法:随机抽样抽取哈尔滨市5所三级甲等综合医院700名护士,采用护士个人资料问卷、变革型领导风格调查问卷、多构面个人创新量表进行调查。结果:护士的个人创新行为整体上较高;变革型领导行为各维度均与个人创新行为的各维度呈正相关。结论:护理管理者应发挥变革型领导行为的积极作用,促进护士的创新行为。
Objective： To investigate transformational leadership behaviors of nurse managers and clinical nurses＇ individual innovative behavior, then analyze the relationship between them. Methods： A total of 700 nurses from 5 hospitals of Harbin were investigated with Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and multi-dimensional individual innovative behavior scale by random sampling method. Results： The nurses showed a high-level individual innovative behavior. The four dimensions of transformational leadership behavior were positively correlated with individual innovative behavior. Conclusion： The nursing managers＇ transformational leadership may influence the innovative behavior of nurses.
