我国临床护士科研能力的现状、影响因素及提高策略

Review of nurses' scientific research abilities in China

护士的科研能力直接影响着我国护理学科的科研及创新能力,是衡量我国护理教育质量的一项重要指标。尽管近年来护理人员科研能力的培养受到越来越多的重视,但我国临床护士的科研水平仍处于中低水平,其科研动机仍以外在动机为主,从事护理科研工作缺乏主动性。对影响我国临床护士科研能力相关因素的研究,缺乏有效的研究工具,多数集中于客观因素及护士的个性特征等方面。因此,应抓好组织管理,努力提高护士学历层次,激发护士学习热情,通过学习和传帮带的方式逐步培养护士的科研能力,建设科研型护理团队。

The scientific research abilities of nurses had direct influence on the development of nursing science. It＇s a key indicator to measure the level of nursing education. Although it had been highlighted in recent years, the scientific research abilities of nurses＇ in China was still in a tow to middle level, external motivation was the main driving force while internal initiative was generally inadequate. The studies on influential factors of nurses＇ scientific research abilities were mainly concentrated on objective factors and the characteristics of nurses; there were no effective measuring tools. For these reasons, we should develop a nursing research team through different ways, such as improving nurses＇ education levels, optimizing organization management, stimulating nurses＇ enthusiasm, and SO on.
