摘要 目的:探讨班主任负责制在医院实习护生教学管理中的应用效果。方法:采用班主任负责制对实习护生开展教学管理,并评价其应用效果。结果:护生对教学组织、教学方法、师生关系的评价与实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对教学内容评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与实施班主任负责制前相比,实习护生锐器伤发生率及护理不良事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:班主任负责制在实施过程中使人员易于管理,并能改善师生关系,促进护生实习安全,提高医院护理教学水平,是一种值得推广的教学管理新方式。 Objective: To explore the effects of the mentor system in management of nurse students in practical training. Methods: We implemented mentor system in nursing education in our hospital, and evaluate the effects.Results:After implementing the mentor system, the evaluation to teaching organization form, teaching skills, and relationship was significantly higher than before (P〈0.05); the evaluation to teaching contents was not significantly different (P〉0.05); and the rates of injury and nursing errors of students were significantly lower than before (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The mentor system is easy to management and help to improve the relationship between students and nurses, promote nursing safety. It is also helpful in enhancing the nurses' teaching level.
