急诊科护士对浅静脉留置针相关知识掌握情况的调查

Investigation on emergency nurses' knowledge of superficial venous catheter

目的:描述并评价急诊科护士对浅静脉留置针相关知识的掌握情况,分析其在将知识应用于实践的过程中遇到的问题,进而提出可行的解决方案。方法:采用自制调查问卷对5所三级医院急诊科的100名护士进行调查。结果:急诊科护士缺乏浅静脉留置针的相关知识,特别是在注射位置方面。结论:应加强对急诊科护士浅静脉留置针相关知识的教育和培训,提高其学习的积极性,运用激励机制激发护士的潜能,以提高临床浅静脉留置针的护理质量,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective： To describe and evaluate emergency nurses＇ knowledge of superficial intravenous catheter complications, to analyze practice problems encountered, and then put forward some practical solutions. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 100 nurses in five first-class hospitals. Results： Nurses lack knowledge of superficial venous catheter complications, especially in injection site area. Conclusion： More education and training on superficial venous catheter complications should be made to enhance their passion for learning. Apply incentive mechanism to stimulate the potential of the nurse, and then to improve the quality of clinical indwelling catheter, and to reduce the suffering of patients.
