摘要
目的:对静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)批次决策中不合理的流程进行重组,提高PIVAS服务效率和服务质量。方法:对原有流程进行分析,发现问题,成立流程改进小组,主要改进措施包括对输液配送批次和时间进行重新界定,制定标准化的批次分配规范,加强质量监控、人员培训。结果:流程重组后,送药准时率、PIVAS服务科室批次设置合格率显著提高(P<0.01),PIVAS各个输液批次配液量的分配更加合理。结论:流程重组后的PIVAS输液配送批次设置更加科学、合理,能够满足临床需求。
Objective: To reengineer unreasonable links in batch processing of PIVAS, and to improve service efficiency and quality. Methods: By analyzing the original workflow, finding out the problems, and establishing process improvement group, a series of measures were performed to reform the batch processing of PIVAS, such as redefining the batch of intravenous fluids, establishing standardized batch distribution standards, strengthening quality control, and training staff. Results: After business process reengineering, the on time medicine-delivery rate and the acceptance rate of batch setting in departments which took P1VAS service increased significantly (P〈0.01), and work load in every batch was much more reasonable. Conclusion: After business process reengineering, batch processing of PIVAS was more reasonable and scientific, which met clinical needs.
