基于ADAMS的采煤机截割减速器故障仿真

Fault Simulation of Shearer Cutting Reducer Based on the Adams

借助虚拟样机软件ADAMS建立了某采煤机截割减速器的虚拟样机模型,并分别对正常工况和人为构造的断齿故障工况进行了动态特性仿真。通过分析比较不同工况下的仿真结果,找出了齿轮断齿故障的故障特征。

The virtual prototype software ADAMS is used to establish a shearer cutting reducer virtual prototyping model.The dynamic characteristic of the normal condition and man-made tooth fracture failure condition are simulated.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results under different conditions,the fault feature of gear is found out.
