摘要
为了满足核电站水下辐照监督管维修作业所需的输送及定位夹持系统HDS大型桁架装置在工作过程中对于结构精度的要求,利用COSMOSWorks有限元分析软件对HDS装置在三种负载下的整体结构变形作了分析,得出了变形的基本规律。通过此规律分析得出的结果与实际检测数据基本一致,为HDS结构精度的改进设计提供了数据基础。
To meet the structure accuracy requirements of large scale truss in head delivery system(HDS) used in the underwater repairing work for irradiation inspection tube in nuclear power station,its total structure deformation is analyzed under three kinds of load based on COSMOSWorks,the basic principle of deformation is obtained.The analysis results obtained based on the above principle is consistent with the actual test,and can form the data base for the improving design of HDS structure.
