桑仙降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠心肌MVD和ESM1蛋白表达的干预 被引量:3

The Intervention of MVD and ESM1 Protein Expression of Sangxianjiangya Granule on Myocardium of Spontaneously Hypertensive rats

摘要 目的观察桑仙降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌微血管密度(MVD)及内皮细胞特异性分子-1(ESM1)蛋白的影响,探讨其对高血压心肌微血管数目的干预及作用机制。方法 SHR随机分为空白对照组、吲哒帕胺西药对照组、桑仙降压颗粒组,以Wistar大鼠为正常对照,4周及8周后观察SHR心肌MVD及ESM1蛋白的表达。结果相较空白对照组,实验4周桑仙降压颗粒组、吲哒帕胺组CD34表达仅有增多趋势,实验8周时两组CD34表达明显增多,实验4周、8周,与空白对照组相比,桑仙降压颗粒组、吲哒帕胺西药对照组ESM1蛋白表达均增高,均有显著性差异。结论桑仙降压颗粒能有效预防SHR心脏微血管减少,其机制之一可能与上调ESM1蛋白表达有关。 Objective: To observe the Sangxianjiangya Granule(SXJYG) on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) myocardial microvascular density(MVD) and endothelial cell specific molecule-l(ESM1) protein effects,and to investigate its effect on hypertensive myocardial microvascular number of intervention and mechanism.Methods: SHR were randomly divided into control group,indapamide western medicine group,SXJYG group,in Wister rats as normal control,SHR of myocardial MVD and ESM1 protein expression were observed after 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results: compared with the control group,the experimental group 4 weeks,SXJYG group and indapamide group CD34 expression only increased trendly after 4 weeks and increased markedly after 8 weeks.Compared with blank group,SXJYG group and indapamide western medicine control group ESM1 protein expression were increased after 4 weeks and 8 weeks,and there were significant differences.Conclusion: SXJYG is effective in the prevention of SHR cardiac microvessel reduction,and one of its mechanisms may be associated with upregulation of ESM1 protein expression.
