摘要
目的探讨Orem自理理论在PICU患儿家属自护教育中的临床应用。方法选取120名入住PICU患儿的家属为研究对象,应用Orem自理理论与PICU患儿家属沟通,评估护理问题,针对性制订护理计划,并调整护理措施,比较PICU患儿家属在应用Orem自理理论教育前后对护理工作的满意度。结果实施Orem自理理论教育后PICU患儿家属对护理工作满意度为96.6%,明显高于实施Orem自理理论教育前的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(x2=14.596,P〈0.05)。结论应用Orem自理理论能明显改善PICU患儿及家属转入普通病房后的不适应感,对临床护理工作更为满意。
Objective To investigate the application of Orem self-care theory in self-nursing education for family members with PICU children. Methods Totals of 126 family members of children with PICU were selected, and Orem self-care theory was used to assess the nursing problems, made care plan, and adjust the care measures. Then evaluated the nursing satisfaction in family members before and after the application of Orem self-care theory education. Results After the education of Orem self-care theory, the satisfaction of family members with PICU children were improved from 80. 0% to 96. 6% , and the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 14. 596,P 〈0.05). Conclusions The application of Orem self-care theory in PICU children and their families can significantly improve their uncomfortable and satisfaction for the nursing care.
