Trademark Protection of the Impact on the Development to Shanghai Economic

本文通过总结2004年《上海知识产权发展纲要》关于商标发展战略要求,及回顾和评判过去几年商标市场发展概况及对上海经济的影响;分析尚未解决的问题,以及展望未来10年的知识产权战略目标,进一步研究和解决商标市场中存在的问题及完善商标市场保护、鼓励机制,以及为继续维护商标市场正常发展及打击商标违法行为提出建议,以使现有的商标市场更适合上海的经济发展。

The article aims to adapt the current trademark market more favorable to Shanghai economic development. First, it summarizes the proposal in 2004 Shanghai Intellectual Property Rights Development Outline concerning the trademark development strategy, and comments on the trademark development＇s impact on Shanghai economic in the past few years. Secondly, it analyzes the issues unsolved or still in dispute. Thirdly, it looks forward to the Intellectual Property Rights strategy in the next 10 years. At last, it further studies and solves the problems existing in trademark market and perfects the trademark protection/incentive system and gives suggestion to continue maintenance of trademark development and punishment of trademark infringement.
