垂体瘤术后生长激素缺乏症 被引量：1

摘要 生长激素（human growth hormone，HGH／GH）是腺垂体分泌的重要激素，对儿童而言，生长激素不可缺乏，成人同样需要生长激素来维持体内正常的脂肪、肌肉、骨骼含量及能量平衡。若垂体手术后患者无法足量分泌GH时，其体内多个系统、器官就会产生相应的变化，影响机体正常生理功能，这样的情况称为生长激素缺乏症（growth hormone deficiency，GHD）。本文就垂体手术后生长激素缺乏对成年患者的影响作出如下综述。
