摘要 本文介绍了一种基于CAN总线和PCAN-MIO多通道输入输出模块的汽车数据采集系统。CAN总线具有结构简单灵活、可靠性高、传输速率快等优点,目前已广泛应用于汽车和工业现场。PCAN-MIO模块具体有多个模拟和数字输入和输出通道,通过CAN总线与上位机通信,并使用上位机软件配置PCAN-MIO的功能。另外,使用PCAN-Explorer5可以监测CAN报文,解码报文,也可以以图表的形式表示解码出来的信号。目前,该系统已成功应用于某汽车厂。 This article describes an automobile data acquisition system which is based on CAN bus and PCAN-MIO multiple channels input output module. CAN bus has been widely used in automobiles and industrial field for its advantages of simple and flexible structure, high reliability, faster transfer rates, etc. The PCAN-MIO provides a mixed analog and digital functionality, communicated with PC via CAN-bus, and its functions can be configured by PC software. Also, CAN messages can be monitored and decoded by PCAN-Explorer5, and the decoded messages can be represented graphically. At present, the system has been successfully used in a car factory.
