相须配伍与麻黄发汗作用的相关性实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目和:以麻黄为例,观察相须配伍与发汗作用的相关性。方法:将SD大鼠分为空白组、麻黄组、麻黄配桂枝组(简称麻桂组)及麻黄配苍术组(简称麻苍组)4组,每组10只。除空白组给大鼠灌服等量生理盐水外,其他组分别给大鼠灌服麻黄、麻黄桂枝(1︰1)、麻黄苍术(1︰1)药液,于给药30 min时观察大鼠后足趾肉垫汗腺着色点数、大鼠后足跖肉垫汗腺分泌量。结果:两配伍组大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量均明显多于麻黄组(P<0.05);麻桂组大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量虽多于麻苍组,但两组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:相须配伍有助于增强麻黄的发汗作用。 Objective: Taking Mahuang as an example,to observe the correlation of Xiangxu combination and perspiration. Methods: SD rats were divided into control group,Mahuang group,Mahuang combined with Guizhi group ( Magui group for short) and Mahuang combined with Cangzhu group ( Macang group for short) ( n = 10) . Control group were drenched with physiological saline of the same volume,while other groups were given Mahuang, Mahuang and Guizhi ( 1 ︰ 1) ,Mahuang and Cangzhu ( 1 ︰ 1) respectively. Observe the coloring spots on the sweat glands of the hindfoot toes and the glands secretary volume on the 30 th minute of administration. Results: Of both combination groups,coloring spots and secretary volumes were significantly higher than those of Mahuang group( P < 0. 05) ; while coloring spots and secretary volumes of Magui group were higher than those of Macang group but there was no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Xiangxu combination contributes to strengthen the perspiration of Mahuang.
