麻醉药物在临床应用的原则分析

麻醉药物作为临床不可或缺的特殊药品,其种类繁多、用法不一,国家对麻醉药物的管理也十分严格,大多数麻醉药物在连续使用后大多会产生身体依赖性,易形成瘾癖,因此,明确麻醉药物在临床应用的原则是十分必要的。本研究首先阐述了麻醉药物的药代动力学分析,其次将麻醉药物的药物治疗学、用药注意事项及药物相互作用情况进行分析,最后将麻醉药物的临床应用原则进行总结性分析。

Anesthesia drugs as clinical indispensable special drug, its variety, use different, national narcotic drugs management is very strict, most anesthetic drugs in continuous use mostly produce physical dependence, addiction and easy to shape, therefore, clearly anesthetic drugs in clinical application of the principle is very necessary. This paper first describes the anesthetic drug pharmacokinetic analysis, then the anesthetic drug therapy, medication attention and drug interactions are analyzed, finally the anesthetic drug clinical application principle carries on the summary analysis.
