摘要
基于系统动力学方法,构建了吸收能力在知识转移过程中对集群企业自主创新影响的量化模型,采用Vensim PLE软件进行模拟分析,揭示了集群企业自主创新能力的提升路径。提出了三个仿真模型:一是渐近增长模型,较小的吸收能力制约了初创企业自主创新的步伐;二是指数增长模型,适当提高吸收能力可以突破知识存量增长的瓶颈,激进式企业家精神是企业成长不可或缺的因素;三是S型增长模型,动态的吸收能力与研发投入产出之间的相互协调是成熟企业的表现,拐点的出现标志着企业自主创新进入巩固阶段。
Based on system dynamic method, this paper set up three quantitative models of absorptive capacities during knowledge transfer affecting cluster firms' indigenous innovation and revealed an updating way of cluster firms' indigenous innovation ability by Vensim PLE simulation. Firstly, asymptotic growth model showed that the newly established firms' indigenous innovation is confined by low absorptive capacities. Secondly, exponential growth model demonstrated that properly enhancing absorptive capacities can break through growth bottleneck of knowledge store and radical entrepreneurship is an indispensable factor for firms to grow up. Thirdly, Sshaped growth model declared that mutual coordination between dynamic absorptive capacities and R&D input and output is representation of mature firms and appearance of inflection point indicated indigenous innovation entering into a stable stage.
