摘要 为了客观评估中国在全球技术竞争格局中技术能力发展的重点及未来前景,本文在对有关研究文献、数据来源和分析方法概述基础上,首先对10大PCT申请领先国的技术比较优势格局进行了比较;其次在选取各技术领域中的快速增长子领域的基础上,对各国的快速增长专业化格局进行了考察;再次,对32个技术领域上各国的技术表现进行了分析;最后,在上述分析的基础上对其政策含义进行了讨论。结论强调中国在全球技术竞争中需有选择地走技术多样化地发展道路。 In order to objectively assess China's accumulated technology focus and the prospect of its possible future in the global competitive landscape as a latecomer, this paper firstly analyzed the patterns of comparative advantage of the 10 PCT application leading countries based on the relevant research literature, data sources and analysis methods. Secondly, it explored the specialization patterns of countries by selecting the rapid growth sub-fields in the technological fields. Thirdly, it analyzed the technological performance of countries in the 32 technology fields. Finally, it discassed their policy implications of the findings. The conclusion emphasized that China needs to choose the selective diversification of technology in the global technology competition as its catching-up strategy.
