摘要
目的探讨单次聚焦解决模式自我干预对护士职业倦怠的影响。方法将64名护士随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组接受单次聚焦解决模式自我干预,对照组接受传统问题解决模式,将职业倦怠水平、个人控制感、个人乐观或悲观特质,以及干预卷入程度作为评价指标。结果单次自我干预未明显改善护士职业倦怠,但试验组护士控制感显著提高;与乐观特质相比,悲观倾向护士接受干预后个人成就感提高显著。结论单次聚焦解决模式自我干预增加了护士的控制感,对悲观倾向护士职业倦怠有即时干预效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the single-session solution-focused self-coaching intervention on nurses' burnout. Method Sixty-four nurses were randomly divided into two groups. The nurses in the experimental group received single-session solution-focused self-coaching intervention,while the nurses in the control group received traditional problem- focused coaching intervention. Their level of professional burnout,perception of self control,disposition of optimism or pessimism and involvement of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Ahhongh there was no significant difference in the professional burnout between the two groups(P〉0.05),the perception of self control was significantly improved in the experimental group(P〈0.05). The perception of personal accomplishment in nurses with pessimism disposition was significantly improved(P〈0.05). Conclusions The single-session solution-focused self-coaching intervention can improve nurses' perception of self control and shows significant short-term efficacy in nurses with pessimism disposition.
