摘要
目的探讨工作嵌入、工作满意度与留职意愿间的关系。方法采用便利取样对青岛市6所医院及28所社区卫生服务中心站428名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士工作嵌入、工作满意度和留职意愿的平均得分别为(3.18±0.46)分、(3.53±0.62)分、(3.54±0.68)分;工作满意度、组织牺牲、年龄、收入、医院级别和社区牺牲可作为预测护士留职意愿的主要因素。结论护士工作嵌入水平、工作满意度和留职意愿均处于中等水平;工作嵌入和工作满意度对留职意愿有直接正向预测作用。
Objective To determine the relationships among job embeddedness,job satisfaction and intent to stay of nurses. Methods A total of 383 nurses were recruited from Qingdao medical institutions by convenience sampling method. They were investigated using Job Embeddedness Inventory,Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Intent to Stay Questionnaire. Results The mean scores of job embeddedness,job satisfaction and intent to stay of nurses was 3.18±0.46,3.53±0.62 and 3.54±0.68, respectively. The predictors of intent to stay of nurses were job satisfaction ,organization-sacrifice ,age ,income ,hospital level and community-sacrifice. Conclusion The levels of job embeddedness,job satisfaction and intent to stay are all in the medium. Job embeddedness and job satisfaction have direct positive influence on nurses' intent to stay.
