摘要
患者男，18岁。因指、趾甲颜色变白半年于2011年9月22日来我院皮肤科就诊。患者于半年前发现手指甲和足趾甲完全呈白色，无光泽。既往无外伤、结核、肝炎等疾病。无刺激性物质和重金属物质接触史。患者的姐姐、父亲、堂叔和五爷爷均有类似表现。，父母非近亲结婚。
