数字化成像技术诊断下颌第一前磨牙根管形态的准确性研究 被引量:4

摘要 收集100颗离体下颌第一前磨牙为研究对象,采用数字化成像技术拍摄颊舌向、近远中向术前片和诊断丝片,采用透明牙技术使根管系统完全可视化。以Vertucci分类法进行根管分型,并对两种方法的结果进行一致性分析。结果显示,两种方法分型结果间的Kappa值为0.545 8,为中度一致。 A total of 100 mandibular first premolars were selected.Two radiographs of each tooth were taken in buccolingual and mesiodistal directions before treatment.And then two other radiographs with the files in canals were taken.All teeth were scanned with the clearing technique.The root canal type of each tooth was classified according to vertucci's type,and the data were analyzed by the statistical method.The result demonstrated that the Kappa value between the clearing technique and RVG was 0.545 8,which suggested that the two kinds of methods had intermediate consistency.
