摘要
针对低洼住宅小区积水问题,从内部性和外部性因素分别分析了其成因并提出改造措施,总结了积水点改造的技术路线。通过工程实例,提出了"蓄、挡、疏、排"的综合性工程措施,可为同类工程应用提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of ponding in residential area at low- lying area, this paper analyzed the reasons and offered the corresponding measures from the aspects of inside and outside factors and sum- marized the technical routes to reconstruct the ponding spots. Through the practical engineering examples, the comprehensive construction measures （including water storage, water prevention, channelizing and drainage） were brought forward. This paper could offer references for the similar projects.
