常用输水管道许用压差和重力流管道进排气量计算及应用 被引量:2

摘要 输水管道一般在管道最高点、局部凸起部位及其他适当的地点设置复合式高速进排气阀,以保证管道的正常运行。进排气阀口径的选取需要综合考虑管道许用压差ΔP和进排气量Qq两个参数。现行国标图集《常用小型仪表及特种阀门选用安装》(01SS105)给出的ΔP值和Qq已不能满足现有常用输水管道选用进排气阀的要求。通过分析计算,给出了几种常用输水管道的ΔP值和重力流输水管道的Qq计算公式,为进排气阀的选择提供依据。 The compound air inbreathe- release valve is normally installed at the highest posmon, par tial outstanding high position, and other proper position along the water transmission pipeline so as to se cure the normal operation of the pipeline. The diameter determination of the compound air inbreathe- re lease valve should take into consideration o{ the acceptable pressure variation (△P) and the suck-and-dis charge air quantity (Qq). The △P and Qq offered in the current national standard drawings-Common small meters and special valve selection and installation (01SS105) could not meet the requirements to select the compound air inbreathe release valve for the common water transmission pipeline. After calculation and a nalysis, the △P for several common water transmission pipes and Qq for gravity-flow pipes were provided, which would offer references for compound air inbreathe- release valve selection.
