摘要
以异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)及相对分子质量为2 000的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCD)等4种不同的二元醇为主要原料,用丙酮法合成了一系列不同的紫外光固化的水性聚氨酯乳液,并分别对其粒径、黏度及固化膜的力学性能和热性能进行了研究。结果表明:以PCD为软段所制备的乳液粒径最小,其固化膜综合力学性能较好。
A series of UV - Curable waterborne polyurethane emulsions was synthesized by the acetone process using isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI ), dimethylolpropionic acid ( DMPA ), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and various diols ( polycaprolactone ( PCL), polycarbonate diols ( PCD ), polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) with a molecular weight of 2000, polybutylene adipate(PBA) as the main materials. The proper- ties of the emulsions and films were characterized by particle sizes, viscosity, mechanical and thermal prop- erties. And the results showed that the emulsion prepared by PCD as the soft segment could provide the min- imum particle size while the cured film had better mechanical properties.
