摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)和聚醚二元醇(N210)为主要原料,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为小分子扩链剂,乙二胺基磺酸钠(A95)为亲水扩链剂,成功制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯。研究了A95含量对水性聚氨酯乳液及胶膜性能的影响。通过红外(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)、粒径和力学性能测试等分析手段研究了乳液及其涂膜的结构与性能。结果表明:所制备的水性聚氨酯乳液粒子规整性较好,分散均匀;随着A95含量增加,粒径逐渐减小;当A95含量为5%时,乳液具有良好的室温贮存稳定性,胶膜的综合性能优异。
With the toluene diisocynate (TDI) and polyether glycol( N210). as the main materials, 1,4 - butanediol(BDO) as small molecular chain extender, ethylenediamine sodium sulphonate(A95) as hydro- philie chain -extender, the title sulfonated waterborne polyurethane was prepared. The influence of A95 content on the performance of emulsion and film was studied. The properties and structure of the latex and its film was investigated by FF - IR, TEM, TGA, panicle size, mechanical property and so on. The results showed that the tacticity and dispersivity of sulfonated waterborne polyurethane were satisfied. As A95 con- tent increased, the particle size of emulsion was decreased; when the content of A95 was 5%, emulsion showed good room temperature storage stability and the excellent film comprehensive performance.
