摘要
自20世纪60年代以来,终身教育理念在联合国教科文组织、经济合作与发展组织等国际组织和机构的推动下,历经半个世纪的发展,已从理念的倡导逐渐成为一项国际性的政策与战略在各个国家展开了生动的实践。日本、美国、英国等国早已通过出台政策、制定法律法规的举措,在各自国内建立起了现代终身教育的制度及体系。为我国构建现代终身教育体系提供了发达国家的成功经验和有益的启示。
The modern society has entered an era in which the promotion of lifelong education concept turns into policy practice. Since the 1960s, thanks to the work of UNESCO, OECD and other international organizations, the concept of lifelong education has gradually become an international policy and strategy and has carried out various policy practice in many countries after half a century of development. Japan, United States, Britain and other countries have already formulated policies and made laws and regulations to set up system of modern lifelong education. During the process of constructing the system of modern lifelong education, our country should draw lessons from the successful experience of developed countries and obtain beneficial enlightenment. Based on people's growth and development, and taking education system reform as the goal, we should develop lifelong education and construct a learning society through policy legislation, administrative institution reform and other ways.
