摘要
[目的]分析改良Galveston技术加腓骨移植、传统的改良Galveston技术两种术式重建骨盆环的生物力学效果,对比得出何种方式重建后骨盆环更稳定。[方法]选取1例正常的成年女性志愿者,对其从L4到双侧腓骨下端的区域进行CT扫描,获取信息以DICOM格式存盘,将DICOM格式数据导入mimics 10.0软件、Patran 2008r2、Nastran软件中,建立模型1为改良Galveston技术加腓骨移植,模型2为传统的改良Galveston。并进行分析。[结果]在960N轴向垂直载荷,7Nm侧弯及轴向扭曲载荷下,模型1最大应力值、三轴平移和三轴旋转位移均小于模型2。[结论]模型1重建后的骨盆环较模型2重建后的骨盆环稳定性更好。
[ Objective] To analyze and compare the effect about biomechanics on two methods, the MGF (modified calveston reconstructon) and fibula transplantation, in rebuilding the pelvic ring. [ Methods ] One female healthy volunteer was choosen, Sean Plane was situated between the bottom of fourth lumbar vertebra and inferior margin of fibula. Information was taken in CD with DICOM. They were imported into mimicsl0. 0, Patran 2008 r2 and Nastran, three - dimensional finite element model was made, Model 1 was the MGF and fibula transplantation to rebuild the pelvic ring after removing the whole sacrum . Model 2 was the MGF to rebuild the pelvic ring after removing the whole sacrum, and analyze them. [ Results ] After loading them on axial direction perpendicular with 960 N, on lateral bending direction and intortion in axial direction with 7Nm, the max stress, triaxiality translation and triaxiality cycloposition translation of the first model' s were less than that of the second model' s.
