摘要
目的:探讨生物组织补片在隆乳术中的应用,并对其早期临床效果进行评价。方法:选择50例女性患者随机分为实验组与对照组,两组各25例,采用乳晕切口,乳房假体植入胸大肌后间隙;实验组将胸大肌对假体压迫最明显的部位切开,直到假体无明显压迫为止,形成的胸大肌裂口用生物组织补片进行修补;对照组将胸大肌裂口直接拉拢缝合。结果:所有病例均随访6个月,除对照组出现1例包膜挛缩外,余均未出现排斥、过敏、感染、积液、裂口假体疝等并发症。实验组术后各项血液生化指标均无明显改变,术后乳房形态、手感、动感明显优于对照组。结论:隆乳术中应用生物组织补片修补胸大肌裂口,增加了胸大肌后间隙容量,为乳房假体植入提供足够空间,对术后乳房自然形态、手感和动感有良好的作用,患者满意度高。
Objective To study the application of biomaterial patch for augmentation mammoplasty and evaluate the early clinical effect. Methods 50 female patients were divided randomly into experimental and control groups with 25 cases each, all of them received implantation of breast prosthesis into post-pectods major space by areolar incision.The ectopectoralis which had obvious pressure to the prosthesis were cut open,then the ectopectoralis cleft in experimental group were repaired with biomaterial patch,while the ectopectoralis cleft in control group only were sutured directly. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months,no complications such as rejection reactions,allergy,infection,effusion and cleft hernia were observed,except 1 case with fibrocystic capsular contracture in the control group. There were nosignificantly changes in postoperative blood biochemical indexs in experimental group.The shape,hand feel and innervation of postoperative breasts in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group. Conclusions The use of biomaterial patch in augmentation mammoplasty can enlarge volume of post-pectoris major space and provide enough space for prosthesis implantation, it is helpful to maintain natural breast shape,vivid hand feel and dynamic beauty,the patients" satisfaction degree is high.
