摘要
目的:探讨局部皮瓣修复小面积面部基底细胞癌切除后缺损的效果。方法:自2009年1月至2011年12月采用局部旋转、推进、易位等皮瓣修复小面积面部基底细胞癌14例。结果:14例皮瓣全部成活。随访6个月到3年,局部外观满意,功能恢复好,肿瘤无复发。结论:局部皮瓣是修复小面积面部基底细胞癌切除后缺损的较好方法。
Objective To investigate the effects of local 14cases with the defect after the small facial basal translocation local flap from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2011 flap for the small facial basal cell carcinoma resection. Methods cell carcinoma resection were cured by rotation,forward and Results All patients were healed by first stage with satisfactory shape and function and followed up for 6 months to 3years with no recurrence. Conclusion This method is well for repairinq the defect after the small facial basal cell carcinoma resection.
