点阵Nd:YAG激光预处理促进真皮下血管网皮片的临床研究

Clinical study on the Nd:YAG fractional laser on the protection of the subcutantous vascular net skin graft

目的:探讨临床上一种有效促进真皮下血管网皮片存活的作用方式。方法:对于面部肿瘤或者色素痣手术后缺损需要真皮下血管网皮片移植患者进行点阵Nd:YAG激光手术前24h预处理皮片,手术后10天观察皮片的存活情况。结果:点阵激光预处理后的真皮下血管网皮片全部存活,而未预处理的真皮下血管网皮片有部分坏死。结论:点阵激光进行热休克预处理能够促进真皮下血管网皮片存活。

Objective To explore a effective clinical method which could improve the survival of subcutaneous vascular net skin graft. Methods The Nd,YAG fractional laser was performed and preconditioned on the skin graft 24 houres,the survival of the skin graft was observed 10 days after the operation. Results The conditioned skin graft all survived better than the nonconditioned skin graft. Conclusion The preconditioning of subcutaneous vascular net skin graft is effective to improve the survival of the skin graft.
