伤口护理膜在中厚皮片供区创面处理中的应用

Application of Medical Wound Care Spray in the Management of Wounds in Thick Skin Graft Donor Sites

目的:观察伤口护理膜在处理中厚皮片供皮区创面的临床效果。方法:选取76例行中厚皮片移植术的患者,根据皮片供区创面处理方法不同分为对照组(传统方法组)和观察组(伤口护理膜组)各38例,对两组创面的平均愈合时间和感染情况进行比较。结果:观察组感染发生率为3%,明显低于对照组的13%;在创面平均愈合时间等方面观察组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)结论:应用伤口护理膜处理中厚皮片供皮区创面,可明显降低创面感染率,更有利于创面的愈合,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To observe the effects of medical wound care spray in the mana-gement of wounds in thick skin graft donor sites. Method Seventy six patients having regular thickness skin graft surgery were divided into control group （38 cases traditional method group） and the experimental group（38 cases medical wound care spray group）, the wounds healing rate, healing time and infection of the two groups were compared. Result The incidence of infection in experimental group was 3%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（13%）.The average wound healing time of the experimetal group was Significantly superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of medical wound care spray in the treatment of skin graft donor site wounds can reduce the wound infection rate and significantly shorten the wound healing time and more conducive to wound healing.
