MSCT及后处理技术对不典型急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

The value of multi-slice CT and processing technique in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis

目的:探讨MSCT及后处理技术对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:收集临床表现及实验室检查不典型但经手术病理证实的12例急性阑尾炎的MSCT原始数据,行薄层重建,并在后处理工作站上行MPR及CPR,以观察急性阑尾炎的CT表现。结果:MPR及CPR均能清晰、直观显示急性炎症阑尾及周围情况,CPR还能显示炎症阑尾全貌;其中12例均表现为阑尾增粗、积液,5例可见阑尾周围炎,5例可见阑尾粪石崁顿。结论:MSCT及后处理技术对急性阑尾炎具有较高的诊断价值,尤其能为临床表现及实验室检查不典型的急性阑尾炎的诊断提供重要影像依据。

Objective： To explore the value of MSCT and processing technique in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods： 12 cases MSCT raw data of acute appendicitis were collected,which were untypical in clinical and laboratory examination and con-firmed by operation and pathology. The thin slices were reconstructed,and MPR and MIP were processed at the workstation,in order to observe the CT feature. Results：Both of MPR and CPR could show the acute inflamed appendix and its nearby features clearly. Moreover,CPR could show the whole inflamed appendix. All of the 12 cases showed the appendix thickening and by- drops,5 cases showed the pert-appendicitis, 5 cases showed the occlusion fecalith. Conclusion： MSCT and processing technique have great value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis, especially, can provide image diagnosis evidence to acute appendicitis which were untypical in clinical and laboratory examination.
