后倾角人工晶体对老年性白内障术后后囊混浊影响的初步研究 被引量:1

Preliminary study of posterior capsular opacification after senile cataract phacoemulsification with posterior angle IOL implantation

摘要 目的探讨白内障超声乳化摘除并植入后倾角人工晶体术后后囊混浊(PCO)的情况。方法对211例(211眼)年龄相关性白内障施行常规白内障超声乳化摘除术,依照植入不同种类的人工晶体将研究对象分为3组:SKY组,应用10°前倾角人工晶体;AO组,应用0°倾角人工晶体;FLEX组,应用5°后倾角人工晶体。记录并比较3组术后1、3、6个月的PCO发生情况。结果 FLEX组术后PCO发生率低于AO组及SKY组,但差异均无统计学意义。结论后倾角人工晶体对后囊混浊的影响与常规人工晶体无明显差异。 Objective To analyse the influence of posterior angle intraocular lenses (IOL) on posterior capsular opacification(PCO) after phacoemulsification. Methods 211 eyes with age-related cataract which had received phacoemulsification were divided into three groups according to the kinds of IOL: the SKY group used anterior l0 degree angle IOL, the At group used tilted zero angle IOL, and the FLEX group used posterior 5 degree angle IOL. PCO was observed at l, 3 and 6 months after surgery. Results The incidence of PCO in FLEX group was lower than that of the other two groups, but there were no statistical differences among these groups. Conclusion The posterior angle IOL has no obvious difference from conventional IOL on PCO.
