Surgery of subgolttic laryngocarcinoma with laryngeal preservation

原发于声门下区癌肿少见,由于其解剖生理特点,特发症状不明显,容易造成漏诊、误诊,就诊时多属晚期,手术治疗难度较大。就声门下喉癌的生物学特性、手术治疗依据及保留喉功能的可行性、手术中淋巴结的处理、声门下区喉癌的喉功能保留及重建方法等做了综述。

The primary subglottic carcinoma was quiet infrequent, so that missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis was common because of its anatomical physiology and inconspicuous symptom. The diagnosis was often confirmed only when the tumor went into advanced stage and the ensuing surgery was very difficult. This article was to review the biologi- cal characteristics of subglottic laryngocarcinoma, bases of surgery and feasibility of laryngeal preservation, manage- ment of lymph nodes, and reconstxuction of larynx.
