摘要不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）与急性心肌梗死（AMI）临床表现有较多相似之处，其发病均建立在冠状动脉粥样硬化基础上，且均发生斑块破裂、血小板凝集、纤溶系统改变、细胞因子释放等病理变化。本研究探讨细胞色素P450（CYP450）、凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物（TAFI）在两种疾病中的活性。
