摘要
采用乳酸氧化酶氧化乳酸产生丙酮酸和H2 O2 ,然后偶联Trinder显色反应测定血浆中乳酸。方法线性可达 13 2mmol/L ,批内变异系数 (CV)为 0 86 %~ 1 5 6 % ,回收率为 98 9%~ 10 1 5 % ,与LD NBT法比较具有良好的相关 ,r =0 989,Y =0 989X + 0 0 3 ,5 0例健康人血浆乳酸参考值为 0 6 1~ 2 5 1mmol/L (x± 2s)。本法简便 ,可靠 ,适合作为乳酸的常规测定方法。
Lactate was oxidized to pyruvate and hydarogen peroxide by lactate oxidase,and combined with Trinder reaction.The concernation of lactate in the sample was examined.The linearlity of this method was up to 13 2 mmol/L;The precision were 0 86%~15 56% for within run CV .The recoveries range from 98 9% to 101 5%,a good correlation were obtained between this method (Y) and LD NBT method (X) .The regression equationY=0 989X+0 03 r=0 989.The reference interval was 0 61 to 2 51 mmol/L (n=50).This method was an ideal one for routine measurement of lasctate in plasma.
