摘要
文中从焊缝跟踪、缺陷预测、温度监测和图像处理四个方面系统综述了图像传感技术在焊接中的研发现状,并对图像传感技术在焊接中的应用前景进行了展望,指出图像传感技术的实时性和准确性目前依然是国内外学者的研究热点,在真空、极冷极热等极端环境下焊接过程的视觉传感技术是未来焊接过程图像传感的一个重要方向。
The research and development status of the image sensing were briefly summarized up from welding seam tracking,defect prediction, temperature monitoring and image processing in welding.Meanwhile,the application prospect of image processing in welding was discussed, and it was proposed that the real -time and the accuracy of the image sensing technology is still a hot topic of studies.Besides,the visual sensing technology of welding process in vacuum,extreme cold,extreme heat and other extreme environment is an important direction in the future.
