激光重熔对电弧喷涂Ni-5Al涂层结合强度的影响

摘要 文中采用双丝电弧喷涂分别对6061-T6铝合金和Q235钢喷涂Ni-5Al涂层,采用不同的激光重熔工艺对Ni-5Al涂层表面进行处理。结果表明,对于6061-T6铝合金电弧喷涂Ni-5Al涂层表面激光重熔处理,涂层与基材的结合强度没有得到明显提高,而对于Q235钢电弧喷涂Ni-5Al涂层表面激光重熔处理,涂层与基材的结合强度得到明显提高,最高提高48.5%。 Ni -5A1 coating was prepared on 6061 -T6 aluminum alloy and Q235 steel by twin -wire arc spraying,respectively,and then Ni - 5A1 coating was treated by different laser remelting process.The results show that the bonding strength of the coating on 6061 - T6 aluminum alloy by laser surface remelting is not improved.But the bonding strength of the coating on Q235 steel by laser surface remelting is significantly improved by 48.5%.
